At NatureKart, we believe in delivering fresh and organic food and supplements to our customers in the most efficient and reliable way possible. We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 will apply. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition. We use USPS Priority Mail for all our shipments, which usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, which you can use to track your package on the USPS website. Our Return and Exchange Policy
At NatureKart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund for unopened and unused products, or an exchange for products that are damaged or defective. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for perishable items such as fresh produce or supplements that have been opened.
